Simi Valley, CA, November 3, 2014 — Malabar International, a major aircraft maintenance equipment manufacturer, today promoted Executive Vice President of Operations Chris Advani to President of recently acquired DAE Industries, Inc. Chris and his family have moved to DAE headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky.

DAE Industries, founded in 1984, manufactures maintenance equipment for commercial and military aircraft and is a Boeing tooling licensee. It offers engine transport stands, aircraft maintenance stands, aircraft docking systems, ground support equipment, aircraft service tooling, and special engineering and design services. Its docking systems are custom-engineered. It provides leases and refurbishment of its engine stands.
