The Malabar Model PF56201 A350 Supplemental Cooling System Hand Pump, Top Up is designed in accordance with Airbus system and equipment engineering specifications to meet the special servicing requirements of the aircraft supplemental cooling system. The unit has the components and capacity to top up the supplemental cooling system accumulator and to top up and drain the various consumer units. The hand pump consists of a clean fluid reservoir, hand pump assembly, filter assembly, pressure gauge, nitrogen regulator, fluid supply and return hoses with sight glasses and end couplings that interface with various adapter assemblies that can be kept in the storage compartment. The sight gauges on the front of the clean and waste reservoirs indicate the fluid level in each reservoir.

The two wheel hand cart design features a 3 inch lunette eye integrated in the handle. This enables ease of manual portability or vehicle towing. Forklift provisions are also included.

To facilitate connections to the various aircraft systems, an A350 ground service panel (GSP) adapter kit  and an A350 consumer unit (CU) adapter kit can be obtained from Malabar.
